  • Customer Validation: Contact customers via phone to validate the information provided in the application forms when necessary.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Fraud Control Policy, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Contact policies. Maintain compliance with the organization's code of conduct and disciplinary guidelines.
  • SLA and TAT Metrics: Adhere to assigned SLAs, TATs, and Audit metrics.
  • Fraud Prevention: Aim to increase fraud detection rates and report any emerging fraud trends to management promptly.
